Abstract
The project work is a survey of the effect of disengagement on the moral of workers in federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria Enugu. It tried to ascertain the extent to which disengagement of workers affects the achievement of the corporations objectives. The methodology employed to achieve the objective of the study involved the distribution of questionnaires to both senior and junior staff of the corporation under study. More so, the researcher made use of oral interviews to get more facts from those who do not want to involve themselves in written work, and to confirm their answers. The research used descriptive statistical which are reflected in frequency tables and percentage to analyze data collected from the study. The study revealed among other things, the reasons, for disengagement, alternatives to disengagement and the consequences of the exercise to the individual and the organization both socially and economically.
